RD bentonite flocculant is a water treatment agent made from bentonite as the main raw material through a special process. RD paint mist flocculant A is a highly dispersed, nano-intercalated modified bentonite, which is green and environmentally friendly and has excellent adsorption and detackification properties. Mechanism of action: The nano-clay modified by intercalation has a large surface area, producing high-performance adsorption, wrapping the surface of the paint mist droplets, making the paint lose its viscosity. After adding agent B, the charges are neutralized to form a sponge-like paint slag that floats.
This product is mainly suitable for latex paint. It has low viscosity, high suspension, and strong thixotropy. It is mainly used in interior and exterior wall latex paints.
RD activated clay is an inorganic mineral adsorbent with strong adsorption properties, mainly made from bentonite through a series of fine processing. It usually appears as a white or grayish-white powder, odorless and tasteless, with good fluidity, adsorption performance and chemical stability.
RD lithium-based bentonite is a modified clay material obtained by artificially modifying (mainly through ion exchange reactions) natural bentonite (with montmorillonite as the core component), replacing the original cations (such as Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺, Na⁺, etc.) with Li⁺, thereby improving its properties. It combines the natural properties of bentonite with the unique effects of lithium ions and is widely used in industry.
RD montmorillonite desiccant is made from pure natural montmorillonite as raw material, through high temperature, drying, activation, crushing, sieving and other fine processes. Its appearance is mostly yellowish-green granular, but also purple, gray, purplish red and other colors, according to different moisture absorption rate and different particle size, to meet the diversified needs of different customers.
RD mud bentonite is a functional mineral material made from natural bentonite as raw material, after selection, purification, and special process modification. Its core mineral component is montmorillonite (content ≥85%). The unique layered crystal structure of montmorillonite gives the product excellent water absorption and expansion, colloidal suspension, and thixotropy, making it an indispensable mud treatment agent in drilling, geological exploration, pile foundation construction, and other fields.
Primarily composed of aluminosilicates of alkali metals and alkaline earth metals such as sodium, potassium, and calcium, its chemical formula is usually represented as Na6(Al6Si30O72)・24H2O1.
